Having past hands on experience within the Aged Care sector dealing has lead her into the HR and Prevocational Training space. Emma specialises in identifying regions across Australia to deliver quality funded programs, conducting career consultations with prospective students, monitoring of course numbers to ensure we hit or exceed our sales target, implementing sales plans and strategies to ensure all avenues are being explored and controlling an Inbound/Outbound telephone service nation wide.
Veronica Quirk
Contracts and Administration Manager
Veronica has a diverse background of qualifications in Health Care, TAE, Management and Human Resources. With over 5 years experience, coordinating and managing (RTO) Business & Operations, Veronica specialises in customer service, complaint resolution and student support services. Additionally, Veronica also continues to build on her professional portfolio leading the business via maintaining referral partner relationships, rolling out Indigenous training programs, managing existing state funding contracts, driving end of month claim outcomes, sales targets, course management and administrative reporting in line with contractual obligations.
Jessica Drummond
Prevocational Operations Manager
With over 5 years experience within the RTO sector, Jess has always had a passion for the Community Services field, specialising in coordinating and managing all aspects of Training & Operations with her key focus areas around ASQA compliance and vocational currency for training staff. Additionally, Jess has been employed in a variety of Aged Care Homes across Melbourne and Gippsland areas, as a trainer/assessor who has delivered Certificate III, Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV TAE and various different Business Training Packages. Jess is a strong communicator with the ability to manage over 20 trainer/assessors who leads and drives strong training outcomes and delivery methods for a wide range of cohorts across all community services packages.

A qualified Accountant with 15 years of work experience in Multi-industry with a background in ASX listed companies, international companies. He has extensive experience in the fields of finance and operations. Worked on operations, mergers, acquisitions and turnaround projects. Francis has a continuous improvement focus and has lead a number of focussed improvement projects that have resulted in rapid growth by resolving long standing problems and key solutions that improved operational efficiencies. Francis also has a High level of Leadership and Strategic vision focused on commercial and business results.

An active CEO, David has over 15 years of experience in managing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations, delivering programs across a range of disciplines and via a range of mediums from pre-vocational to workplace or industry specific delivery modes. Managing a highly regulated environment including national RTO regulation and State specific Training contracts Since its rebranding in 2012, InterCare has developed strong partner relationships with over 200 aged care facilities across Victoria and Queensland and recorded strong year-on-year growth in earnings.
